Computational Approach to Study the Molecular Cell morphology and DNA /RNA, Protein Structure
in conjunction with the IEEE International Conference on Bioinformatics and Biomedicine ( BIBM 2016 )
Theme of the proposal :
Study of cell morphology under any change in intra or extracellular condition is the objective or interest of present proposal. More precisely we like to get the background research in this direction even at the DNA/ RNA and protein structure level indicating the nature of cell growth, its mortality, its proliferation and any other changes or deformation due to diseases like cancer and other. The study may be done at the microscopic imaging level and also at the molecular genetic level with the help of computational biology. The proposal includes the study of cell morphology due to reversible and irreversible cell injury and also due to response to stress.
Research topics included in the workshop :
- Study of Cell structure using microscopic imaging
- Study of cell deformation at DNA / RNA level
- Study of protein structure due to any deformation at cell level
- Transformation of cell morphology due to cell injury for both reversible and irreversible process
- Study of thermal effect on cell morphology
- Genetic molecular transformation of cell structure due to cancer growth
- Pathogenesis and Cell death
